The idea of giving three months’ contract and charging advance has been a great success,” said Bharat Bhushan Madan, chairman of Remunerative Projects (RP) Cell of the North MCD.“Last year, we earned around Rs 15.1 crore from parking fee, while this year, we have earned over Rs 24 crore in the first two quarters itself,” he said. After that, these would also be clubbed and auctioned as single entity after paying three-month advance, he added.last_img
