It is officially the stretch run.At 8-1, Washington State is ranked No. 8 in the country. They would need some help to get there, but if the Cougars can win out and win the Pac-12 title, they could reach the College Football Playoff.Of course, all of that changes if they drop one of these last three regular season games. At least one college football analyst thinks they’ll lose this week.CBS Sports’ Ben Kercheval released his picks for this week. He is taking Colorado over Washington State in an upset in Boulder. After grinding out a win in Week 10, Washington State gets back into a shootout, which is more in its comfort zone. However, Colorado is dangerous enough and a much better team at home, so this one could get wild. This line stood out from the start and we haven’t seen that one head-scratching loss we usually get with Mike Leach. So, what the heck, right? Pick: ColoradoThe Buffaloes haven’t won in a month and are 5-4 after starting 5-0. A win this weekend would clinch bowl eligibility and get their season back on track,You can view all of Kercheval’s picks and analysis here.Colorado and Washington State will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
